While on vacation I gained exactly seven pounds. I also stopped doing yoga, hence stiff muscles. And I stopped running, hence out of shape again. So, this week I am doing a detox shin-dig to make myself healthy again. I get fruits, vegetables, water and herbal tea for a week. With yoga every day and running twice a week. These are the aspirations, at least. Sounds exciting, only I have absolutely zero energy. So work is a tough one today.
Moral of the story? Do not go on vacation for two and a half weeks and let all your resolve slip away as you eat pasta, chocolate and potato chips by the pound. Honestly.
