Cultured

Today, after my ballet class, I found myself sitting on my bed drinking a green tea, studying for my history test. And I decided that I enjoy the way the world is today in the aspect of countries sharing their culture with other countries. That I have the luxury of practicing ballet at school, and drinking green tea and reading about world history. I started thinking about how interesting that is and how lucky I am to partake of all this rich culture. How two hundred years ago people in America didn't know what the Taj Mahal looked like or anything about the Muslim religion or how people in Japan lived or Native American traditions. It just hit me hard today how cool it is I can pick from sushi, italian food, mexican food, or play any sport from around the world or wear any style of clothes... Interesting.
