Well, first of all give yourself a richly deserved pat on the back. Vegetarianism is finally receiving due acknowledgement as the all-around healthiest diet possible. Only even comparably healthy if they make sure they are following the vegetarian food guide pyramid and getting enough of all the nutrients they need, that's what most don't do. ;) (I'm a health nut, you had to expect it from me. :D Haha!!)
